📢 CPRT Family Event – Important Details & Schedule!

Dear CPRT Families,

We can’t wait to see you this Saturday, March 1st, for our CPRT Family Event! 🎉 It’s going to be a fun and meaningful morning filled with reading, learning, and movement—plus activities designed just for the kids!

📍 Event Details:
🗓 Saturday, March 1st
⏰ Please arrive on time! Registration is from 9:00 – 9:30 AM. (We will start promptly at 9:30 AM, so don’t be late!)
📍 East Naples Community Park, Pavilion 1 (next to the playground)

⏳ Arriving on time is VERY important! Families must check in between 9:00 – 9:30 AM to participate in the activities. Don’t miss out!

📅 Event Schedule:
📝 Registration: 9:00 – 9:30 AM (Arrive early!)
📚 Reading Circle: 9:30 – 10:00 AM (Enjoy a wonderful story with our tutors!)
🍎 Snacks & Refreshments: 10:00 – 10:15 AM
🥦 Nutrition Talk & Neighborhood Presentation: 10:15 – 10:45 AM (Learn while we eat!)
💃 Dance Class: 10:45 – 11:00 AM
🤝 Mingle & Play: 11:00 – 11:30 AM

✨ What to Bring:
✅ Sunscreen & bug spray (Florida weather can be tricky!)
✅ Water bottle (We’ll have water, but it’s always good to have your own!)
✅ Comfortable clothes & shoes (We’ll be moving around!)
✅ Lawn Chais (Table seating is limited, make sure you bring your chairs to be comfortable around!)

⚠️ Allergy Notice: We will have snacks and refreshments, but if anyone in your family has food allergies, please bring your own snacks just to be safe. We want everyone to enjoy the day worry-free! 😊
